Some of the web pages have been imported from one of my old defunct websites as pdf files.  The links in the pdf's to the old websites do not work because the old websites have been removed.  Some of the linked to web pages are also on the this web site as pdfs so instead of using the links in the pdf's look for another pdf on this web sites page.
